Work Packages

From valley operations and hydrogen market creation to synergies with hydrogen production projects, from physical and virtual infrastructure and logistics to end user applications and Hydrogen Valley’s connectivity, each work package plays a crucial role in our project. We emphasize communication, dissemination, and public awareness, as well as efficient project Management.



WP1: Valley Operations and H2 Market Creation

The objective of WP1 is to organize and manage all necessary activities and initial steps for the effective implementation of the TRIĒRĒS hydrogen valley.



WP2: Synergies with H2-Production Projects (Investment Leverage)

The objective of WP2 is to map all the hydrogen production projects of MOH and integrate them in the valley to act as its heart.



WP3: Physical and Virtual Infrastructure and Logistics

The objective of WP3 is to ensure that the logistics of the hydrogen within the eco-system is accurately planned, designed, and implemented under different scenarios considering the growth patterns per sector over the years.



WP4: End User Applications

The objective of WP4 is to plan and manage the development and implementation of the end user applications (maritime, transportation, energy industries) within the TRIĒRĒS hydrogen valley.



WP5: Hydrogen Valleys Connected

WP5 addresses the necessity to connect to existing and upcoming Hydrogen Valley’s and explore their status, best practises, modus operandus, financing mechanisms and to establish a network of knowledge exchange.



WP6: Communication, Dissemination, and Public Awareness

The objective of WP6 is to achieve the highest possible visibility and impact of the project through continuous communication and dissemination of foreseen and achieved results, at national and international level.
